We uploaded a bunch of the pictures that we took this last week while we were out at the lake. They include 4th of July pictures, construction pictures, time at the park, tractor time with Steve :), and working on the trackhoe. Basically, just a misc chunk of different photos. I guess you could call it a photostream not unlike Flickr.

This weekend was pretty hectic. On Saturday, we had a “kid” party for Emma. Many of her friends from the toddler group attended as well as a friend from the library and another long time friend.
The kids had a good time and spent the afternoon having lunch, playing in the yard, making hats and eating cake. A few of them even threw water balloons near the end of the party. Emma had a a great time.
The next day (Sunday) most of Emma’s cousins came over and celebrated Emma and Nathan’s (her cousin) birthdays. We had tacos (Nathan’s request) and the kids played in the back. They had the sprinkler out, the pool, water balloons and buckets. Everyone had a great time and the day was capped off with cake and ice cream. Emma went to her friend Maddie’s birthday this weekend and got to ride on a pony. She was very excited about this. On the way to the party, she kept singing, “Emma gets to ride on a pony”. All the kids also got to feed the animals and jump around in a bouncy house. Here is a picture of Emma on the horse:
It was a great day to go to the Pt Defiance Zoo! Emma enjoyed the puppet show they had on backyard creatures. Here’s a picture of her touching the butterfly!!
Emma also enjoyed seeing the monkeys, and hearing Alex making the noises too
