We had a great time out at the cabin on Sunday. It was over 90 degrees so it was nice to go in to the air conditioned cabin or go out on the lake once in awhile to cool off. Judy and Scott brought their boat up and we took the Seadoo up. Here’s a picture of Emma and I on the Seadoo:
Emma went to her friend Maddie’s birthday this weekend and got to ride on a pony. She was very excited about this. On the way to the party, she kept singing, “Emma gets to ride on a pony”. All the kids also got to feed the animals and jump around in a bouncy house. Here is a picture of Emma on the horse:
It was a great day to go to the Pt Defiance Zoo! Emma enjoyed the puppet show they had on backyard creatures. Here’s a picture of her touching the butterfly!!
Emma also enjoyed seeing the monkeys, and hearing Alex making the noises too
Last weekend all of our family drove to Leavenworth, WA and attended my cousin Dave’s wedding. The wedding was wonderful! All of the kids had a great time and it was really great to see everyone. We haven’t kept in touch with our cousin’s as much as we would like to and hope that we can get together a bit more often.
After the wedding, we all spent the night in Leavenworth and then got up for a Father’s day breakfast with everyone. (my mom, dad, sisters, nephews, brother in law etc). The shops weren’t open that early on a Sunday so after breakfast we all headed back to Seattle.
